There are two ways to reach us. Which one is right depends on what it is about.
The right route for:
- Moderation matters and complaints about a decision
- Bans you want to appeal
- Data protection — access, deletion, objection
- Copyright complaints about a published quiz
- Press and business enquiries
We normally reply within two working days. Reports about content that endangers children are prioritised and handled as fast as we can — please put “URGENT” in the subject line in that case.
Discord
The right route for:
- Bug reports and questions about the game
- Ideas and feature requests
- Finding other players and arranging rounds
Discord is faster but not binding. Anything that needs a documented answer — bans, data protection, legal matters — should go by email.
Reporting someone
If someone behaves badly during a game, use the report button in the game rather than email. That is the only route that attaches the relevant evidence automatically and puts the report straight into the moderation queue. What happens next is described on the safety and moderation page.
